Started the Daniel's fast last Friday...
We only allow to eat vege and fruits...
The food which is the nearest to the meat is the EGG~!!!
Don't think we can eat through the whole day...
We can only choose one meal to eat...
Hehe..
From 1st to 30th of August...
What a nice day...
We break our fast on my birthday oh...
What a blessed day...(just belief and declare it by myself lar...)

Our one meal is counted as period...
Breakfast - From you wake up till 11:59am
Lunch - 12:00pm till 5:59pm
Dinner - 6:00pm till you sleep

The purpose of our fasting is to pray for the revival of Kuching -> Sarawak -> Malaysia!!!
This is the nation's fasting period for Christians in Malaysia...
This year is the year after Jubilee...
New things are going to happen...
Things that make Malaysia being noticed by the world...
Wait and See!!!
Of cause, don't just wait and do nothing lar...
Must believe and pray for it...K?
