The first time when I apply for it...
My college sold the wrong form for us...
So, all of our forms were rejected...

Now, the second time....
The adminstrator said my form is not processed...
All of them are approved!!!
Except me and another girl...
What the reason is that?
Can that be the excuse?
I want to appeal for that!!!
I hope they will not be so injustice...

If I appeal...
Shall I pay for the tuition fee for this coming semester?
I don't think so...
But they will think so...
Hmph...Never mind...

I came to this campus and take the course is because they said I can apply for the loan...
