Fang Yuen Chicken Rice

I am sure most of the kuching-ian knows the chicken rice there...

Unfortunately, I'm the exception..

I know very little about Kuching city...

Though I had been staying here for about 6 years...

Haha..What a shame...

Here it is!!!

The kopitiam with the famous chicken rice...

Near Hock Lee Centre...

I have been hearing many friends and relatives recommend this chicken rice to me...

But, today was the first time I tasted it...

Hehe..My family ordered 5-person's portion...

I took some of it out and this is my decoration on the plate..

Ok, back to the main points...

In short, these are my comments for it :

• The rice taste great!!!
• The "Cha Shio" meat are not tender enough...
• The chicken meat, not bad...
• The curry, not nice...Not "strong" enough...It's watery...
• The chili, not spicy, no sour taste...*Plain*
• The sambal, not spicy, normal...

One more point for the DRINKS there...

Not nice!!!!The coffee ice...Aduh...Bitter in taste...

Not rich...I want Kao Kao de mah...Hehe...

PS : To be a perfect kopitiam, not only the food have to be nice, the drinks also play a very important role...

Last, but not least, 3 and a half star for it!!!
